Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must operate a valid business that resells or uses products in the ordinary course of trade (e.g., retail store, online shop, restaurant). We reserve the right to review, approve, or deny any application at our discretion.

 

2. Ordering & Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared outside your organization.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We’ll make every effort to notify partners of changes in advance.
  • Opening order minimum: $500. Reorder minimum: $500.
  • Orders must be placed through your wholesale account on our website unless otherwise arranged.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • All orders are prepaid unless written terms are extended.
  • Accepted payment methods: [credit card, ACH, PayPal, etc.].
  • Late or declined payments may delay fulfillment or cancel orders.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship FOB True Spice, Tucker, GA.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
  • We are not liable for carrier delays, damages, or lost packages once goods are in transit.

 

5. Returns & Damages

  • Wholesale orders are non-returnable except for damaged or defective products.
  • Damages must be reported within 7 business days of receipt with photos of packaging and product. You can email wholesale@heyoldsport.com for reporting damaged or defective products.
  • Approved returns will be replaced or credited to your account.

 

6. Resale Guidelines

  • Products must be sold under your business name, at your physical or online store.
  • Selling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) is prohibited without prior written consent.
  • Products may not be rebranded, repackaged, or altered in any way.

 

7. Marketing & Representation

  • You may use provided product photos, descriptions, and marketing assets. You may use your own images and content for social media but Hey Old Sport reserves the right to disapprove any representation of the brand or products that they choose and you agree to remove said representation from any and all marketing materials or channels.
  • You may not create misleading claims or misrepresent the brand.
  • Use of Hey Old Sport trademarks or logos outside of approved materials requires written consent.

 

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account that violates these terms, misuses wholesale pricing, or damages the reputation of the brand.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

 

By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with Hey Old Sport, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
